As a Resort Representative/Driver, you are a true ambassador for Cold Fusion as the face of our company.
Overall, you will be in control of the daily logistics behind your guests’ ski experience! The Resort Representative side of this role involves ordering and collecting ski passes for your guests and organizing their ski and snowboard rental. You will also be required to book lessons, guides and activities for your guests, offering advice on the products and services available. You will be able to use your sound knowledge of the industry when offering advice on ski rental and lessons based on the ski ability and intentions of your guests.
As a source of information for our guests, you will be the first point of contact for any guest queries, providing information about these extras, the resort itself and ski areas. You will be able to offer daily recommendations on where to ski based on the weather and snow conditions, your local knowledge of the resort and understanding of your guests’ ski abilities.
As a Driver, you will offer daily shuttles from the chalet to the ski areas after breakfast and back to the chalet at the end of the ski day. You may also be asked to drive guests to après-ski or into town after the evening meal if requested.
You will also assist the Chef and Chalet Host in the chalet when necessary and help with additional duties such as maintenance and snow clearing.

Drive guests to and from the mountain in a 9-seater minibus
Assisting the chef and chalet host when necessary
Additional duties around chalet such as maintenance and snow clearing
Assist with chalet changeover
Guest liaison – dealing with any queries or problems and ensuring that guests are enjoying their holiday
Deliver a high level of service in a warm and friendly manner throughout the season

Job Requirements:
Previous ski season experience essential
Full, clean driving license for a manual vehicle
Experience driving on European roads and in snow preferred
Outgoing and friendly personality
Reliable and punctual
Organized, efficient and flexible
