Living and breathing the Alps since 2003, Steve and Nicky have made Chamonix their home. Chamonix is also the birthplace of Cold Fusion Chalets, which was created by them in 2005.
It was their love for the mountains and passion for snowboarding that motivated them to launch Cold Fusion Chalets and it was during their time working in various ski chalets that the idea of dedicating their product to the independent traveler was born- an exciting niche product in the market that they are fiercely proud of!
With their wealth of experience in the hospitality, tourism and ski and snowboard industries, Steve and Nicky understand the importance of customer service and aim to make every Cold Fusion holiday a memorable experience from start to finish.
They recognise that every guest is unique and so strive to provide a personalised holiday experience, tailor made in every way.
As Cold Fusion evolves and the number of returning guests grows every year, Steve and Nicky work hard to make sure that quality is never compromised and have full control of the holidays of each and every single guest from the initial enquiry right through to their transfer to the airport at the end of their stay.
The Cold Fusion chalet and resort staff are hand-picked by Steve and Nicky and share the same values of excellent customer service and going the extra mile, but always delivered with a smile and a great sense of humor.
Steve and Nicky are always on hand, either at the end of the phone or in person, and look forward to joining you for a glass of vin chaud (or a beer for Steve!) after a day on the mountain!
