Welcome to Chalet Charlie, our new flagship chalet exclusively for solo skiers. Nestled in the heart of the Chamonix Valley, this stunning home-from-home is the latest addition to the Cold Fusion Chalets collection—where beautiful spaces, sociable vibes, and unforgettable mountain experiences come together in style.

Ground Floor: Warm Welcomes & Sociable Spaces

Step inside and you’re greeted with a grand entrance—spacious, practical, and purpose-built to handle ski gear, boots, coats and the general post-ski chaos. Off the hallway, you’ll find a cozy lounge/office space with a fireplace and comfy sofas - perfect for a work-from-mountain moment if needed.

The ground floor twin bedroom is a beauty, blending original wood panelling with modern luxury. A roll-top bath and open rainfall shower add a feeling of luxury to this beautiful room.

The kitchen? Let’s just say we take food seriously. Purpose-built for chefs, foodies and sociable nights in, it features a huge granite island and an extendable Italian table—perfect for communal dinners and spontaneous après feasts. Bi-fold doors open out in spring bringing the garden (and late sun!) inside.

First Floor: Alpine Comfort Meets Boutique Style

Upstairs, there are four spacious en-suite bedrooms, each one uniquely styled with luxurious twin beds, thick mattress toppers, and feather-soft bedding. Thoughtfully designed bathrooms offer both bath and shower options (bar one), and each room opens onto either a balcony or private terrace—ideal for a morning coffee with jaw-dropping Mont Blanc views.

Top Floor: Where the Fun Happens

The top floor is your ultimate social hub. At one end, there’s a chic alpine bar with a pool table and a south-facing balcony. On the other, it’s all about fireside lounging—plush Italian designer sofas, a giant TV, and a log fire create a cosy space for movie nights, board games or relaxed conversations that last into the early hours.

It’s a space that brings people together, whether you’re up for some laughs over a game of pool or winding down after a big day on the slopes.

Outdoor Living: Sunshine & Sauna Dreams

Outside, the garden wraps around the chalet with total privacy. A raised dining deck and BBQ make spring afternoons something special, and the 360° views of the surrounding peaks are nothing short of spectacular.

And new for winter 2025, the final touch: a beautifully restored mazot in the garden, reimagined as a private sauna—just the ticket after a hard day’s skiing.

The iconic Chamonix Valley is just a 10-minute drive away, Les Houches is even closer at 5–10 minutes, St Gervais is 15 minutes, and the stunning Italian resort of Courmayeur is only 30 minutes across the Mont Blanc tunnel. With the Mont Blanc Unlimited ski pass, you’ll have access to over 1100 km of ski terrain across France, Italy, and Switzerland—all on one lift pass.

Each week, we design a tailor-made ski itinerary, taking you to a different ski area every day. From the glacial runs of Grands Montets to the tree-lined slopes of Les Houches, from the charming villages of Megève and St Gervais to the sunny pistes of Courmayeur—we’ll ensure you experience the very best of the region.
