3. Hold an Option or make a Reservation
If your chosen dates are available then it is advisable to hold an option before it gets booked up! We will hold provisional bookings (Options) for 3 working days while you find flights, organise time off work and get a signed booking form and deposit sent into us.
4. Send completed Booking Form and Deposit
Please fill in and complete our online BOOKING FORM. £150 deposit per person is required to confirm your reservation and is payable by either cheque (made payable to ColdFusion Ltd and to be sent to the postal address below) or by Bank Transfer (BACS). Please note when paying by BACS, please leave a reference of your full name and dates of holiday. Also contact us by phone or e-mail telling us this payment has been made.
For bookings made within 8 weeks prior to departure, we require full payment for your holiday.
For BACS (internet bank transfer) or over the counter payments please contact us on 08700 42 83 47 or via e-mail to obtain payment instructions.

Then what?
Once confirmed - we will send you confirmation of your holiday booking, IGI insurance certificate, holiday invoice and any additional information requested by post.
Booking Extras
It is always advisable to pre-book your extras with us in the UK prior to departure. We recommend doing this on booking or at least 8 weeks prior to departure.
To pre-book your extras please enter your requirements on the booking form (above) upon making your booking. Alternatively you can email us your requirements directly and we will add this to your holiday invoice.
