What’s the Best Singles Ski Holiday?

17 Mar 2022

When booking a singles ski holiday the most asked question is when is the best time to travel with Cold Fusion?

Below is a simple guide to when its best to travel this winter season as a single skier or solo snowboarder for all different abilities….

Beginner Ski Week

Its best to travel during the off-peak season so the slopes are quieter, ski groups size are smaller and it isn’t so expensive.

The best singles beginner ski weeks would be between the months of January, March or April.

Tip – avoid December and February if possible.

Our Singles Ski Chalet Chalupa is ideally located close to the ski slopes of Les Houches which has some great ski terrain for people of a beginner level.

We work closely with the ESF Les Houches and can happily put together a great beginners ski package including your singles ski chalet accommodation, beginners ski lessons, ski hire and ski pass.

Contact us here if you are interested in our beginner ski weeks and we will send further details and prices– info@coldfusionchalets.co.uk

Intermediate Ski Week

At Cold Fusion we accommodate intermediate skiers and snowboarders on all weeks of the season.

We offer season long availability from December until April.

Some of the best intermediate ski weeks are the Ski Safari weeks in early December where we travel to the best ski areas in the area hunting out the best early season conditions.

Cold Fusion guests always love the variety of ski areas close to Chamonix and how Cold Fusion always find the goods.

If you are interested in other dates, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we can tailor make a ski holiday just for you!

Intermediate Snowboard Week

Although it’s fun riding with the skiers it’s always nice to have a big group of snowboarders to share tips and laugh at each other falling over.

Our singles snowboard only week is the ideal week to meet others with the same interest and love for snowboarding, as well as meet a great new group of friends to enjoy the mountains with.

This week is always a sell out and we already have limited places remaining!

Advanced Ski Week

Cold Fusion solo ski and snowboard holidays are based in the off-piste mecca Chamonix Mont Blanc.  With its famous off-piste routes our singles skiers and solo snowboarders will be spoilt for choice when it comes to our off-piste options!

We can happily arrange private instructors and guides on any week of the season, but if you really want to see the best off-piste skiing Chamonix has to offer its worth booking onto our Introduction Off-piste week.

This week is aimed at guests which are of a good intermediates level or advanced that want to experience the off-piste of Chamonix with the safety of a professional mountain guide.

Our holiday price also includes a 6 days Mont Blanc unlimted ski pass, a day trip to Courmayeur and also a trip down the Famous Vallee Blanche!
