3. Hold an Option or make a Reservation
If your chosen dates are available then it is advisable to hold an option before it gets booked up! We will hold provisional bookings (Options) for 3 working days while you find flights, organise time off work and get a signed booking form and deposit sent into us.
4. Send completed Booking details (below) and Deposit
Please send us an email with the Informationlisted below.
Deposit Payment
£100 deposit per person is required to confirm your reservation and is payable by either cheque (made payable to ColdFusion Ltd and to be sent to the postal address below) or by Bank Transfer (BACS). Please note when paying by BACS, please leave a reference of your full name and dates of holiday. Also contact us by phone or e-mail telling us this payment has been made.
For bookings made within 8 weeks prior to departure, we require full payment for your holiday.
For BACS (internet bank transfer) or over the counter payments please contact us on
