Q: “Do I have to organise my own flights?”
A: Yes, we ask that you book your own flights to and from Geneva Airport in Switzerland. Budget airlines such as Easy Jet and BMI Baby offer cheap and frequent flights out of the UK throughout the winter season. We have no restrictions on the time you choose to arrive and depart. We can arrange your airport transfers around your flight times, giving you flexibility to shop around and find flight times which suit you. Simply send us your flight details and we guarantee there will be someone at the airport to meet you when you land and to wave goodbye when you leave. Cost 40 euros per person each way.
Q: “Do you provide airport transfers?”
A: Yes we can happily arrange your airport transfers from Geneva at the cost of 40 euros each way per person. We can offer group discounts – Please ask upon booking.
Q: “Where is the Chalet located?”
A: The Cold Fusion Chalet in Morzine is situated directly in the centre of town and it offers easy access to the lifts, bars, restaurants, etc…
Q: “Do I need Insurance?”
A: Yes. We recommend that you take medical insurance specifically for extreme/mountain activities. Although locked storage is provided, please ensure that you have adequate insurance for your equipment.
Q: “Do you offer Mountain Bike guiding?”
A:Although we cannot offer guiding sessions ourselves due to French rules and regulations, there are many mountain bike guides in the area and all are extremely competent riders with an excellent standard of English. They can tailor make a session to suit any level and style and can offer tuition or guiding, or even a mixture of the two! Our team can organise a guide for you once you are in the chalet, or alternatively, we can make enquiries/reservations for you prior to your arrival in Morzine.
Q: “Can I hire a Mountain Bike?”
A: It is possible to hire bikes from several of the bike shops in town. They offer a good range of bikes right through from cross country bikes to top of the range downhill bikes.

Q: “How can I organise other activities in Morzine?”
A: There will be a Chalet Host on hand everyday throughout your holiday to arrange any activities that you may want to do. They are also on hand to help arrange hiring of equipment, resort orientation, or just a friendly face to have a drink with…..
Q: “Can I travel with my Moutain Bike?”
A: Yes. Most airlines are happy to take bikes, sometimes they may charge an excess baggage fee - please check with the airline company if you are unsure.
Please make sure you pack your bike carefully in a box with padding or in a specially made bike bag to ensure that it travels safely without damage.
Q: “Do I need to bring my own tools and is there a safe storage place and clean down area for my bike?”
A: Please bring your own tools to work on your bikes. There is an area where you are able to work on your bike as well as a clean down area to wash your bikes after a day’s riding. We also have a safe lock up area to keep your bikes safe.
