New Year Detox Break

With a new year comes new goals and resolutions, and becoming healthy is one of the the most common New Year’s resolutions made.

Festive wining and dining can be tough on our bodies and many of us can feel fatigued from over eating, alcohol consumption and not enough sleep.

Working closely with our talented chef in our new chalet in Les Contamines, The Retreat, we have designed a short break to give you a healthy kick-start to 2019!

Guests can book either a 4 night stay from Sunday to Thursday or a 3 night weekend stay from Thursday to Sunday.

During this healthy eating ski holiday, you will enjoy a carefully designed menu filled with nutritious meals and beverages, designed to fuel and purify your body and leaving you feeling refreshed and revitalized.  Whilst we may have stripped away the reliance on cream, butter and cheese, you can be assured that the food we serve will be imaginative, colourful and bursting with flavour as well as highly nutritious.

The style of service will be the same as our usual offering with daily hot breakfast options, afternoon tea, canapes and a 3 course dinner. In addition however cold pressed juices, smoothies and a variety of fresh salads will accompany the meals so now you can enjoy all the mountains have to offer but without the guilt of breaking your healthy habits.

This winning combination of healthy food, excellent skiing, great company and luxury chalet accommodation is undoubtedly the perfect way to recover from the Christmas and New Year festivities and to start the new year!

For the full experience, our in-house qualified nutritional consultant will be on hand throughout the week to give advice and tips on healthy eating and as an add-on, she can provide a personal 45 minute consultation to guests based on information given in a questionnaire completed by guests before arrival in resort.

If the short break does not seem long enough, there is the option of combining both short breaks and booking a week-long detox break in The Retreat.

We can also offer tailor-made packages to include a New Year ski week in either Chamonix or Les Contamines (transport between resorts is provided).  Please contact us for more details.
