SKIING / SNOWBOARDING, YOGA, RELAXING, MASSAGE ……what more could you want from a holiday?
Do you fancy experiencing a holiday where the emphasis is on relaxation and replenishment, nourishing and health conscious food, as well as spending as much time as possible on the slopes, skiing or snowboarding? If so, this is the holiday for you.
Whether you’re a seasoned skier looking for a healthier alternative to a chalet holiday or are new to the mountain lifestyle, we are here to support and arrange everything you need to make your snow time as enjoyable as possible.
We will practice daily yoga; in the morning to warm up and in the afternoon or evening to wind down. It’s the perfect way to wake up the muscles and focus the mind before heading out; and to release any tension built up through physical exertion when you return from the mountain.
Also included are meditation, pranayama and yoga nidra sessions so you can feel the full benefits of different yoga techniques designed to energise the body, calm the mind, and nourish the soul.
Talking of nourishment, we have put together the ultimate menu for well being – healthy, vegetarian and decidedly delicious, you don’t have to worry about the usual bread, wine and cheese because we will be serving you wholesome and nutritious meals that will leave you feeling suitably energised and not sluggish. But don’t worry there’ll be some (healthy) treats in there too. And if you fancy a glass of wine a dinner, we totally support you in whatever makes you feel good!
Depending on your ski or boarding level we can arrange lessons, off piste guiding or you are free to roam on your own. We have a Cold Fusion suggested itinerary (that is subject to change and according to conditions) which you are more than welcome to follow but whatever you decide we will accommodate. It’s a great way to meet other skiers and snowboarders, who are also interested in a healthier style of snow holiday. There’ll be one full free day so you are able to sample some of the local cuisine, take time out or enjoy plenty of other activities that are in the area such as snowshoeing, cross country skiing, stand up paddle board and mountain biking.
Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or complete beginner, our qualified and experienced yoga instructor has designed a bespoke programme, and is on hand to guide you through both Yin and Yang sessions specifically for snow sports.
